SHIPPING
Purchasing from Scorpion Tackle couldn't be easier, browse the store and add your desired item in the shopping cart, when you are finished shopping click on 'checkout' and fill in the few required details and you are finished.
We will endeavor to ship your items within 24 hours, although larger orders including some large bait orders may take longer to ship.
*Please note all next day orders should be placed before 10:00AM PST to ensure delivery.
If your packages are damaged upon receipt, you have to contact the carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS) immediately in order to make a claim.
The carrier has full responsibility for damage in transit (If insurance is purchased at time of order) but claims must be filed promptly and you should save all packing materials and damaged goods.

We ship using USPS, USP or Fedex
Shipping charges are added to your order on checkout (Except oversize items, where we will contact you)
Standard, Priority and Next Day delivery available.
*Additional charge of $8.00 for oversize packages. This includes rods, bedchairs, carp chairs, umbrellas, landing nets, baitboats, and a few other large items.
Extra heavy orders will incur extra shipping costs.
We will contact you for approval of extra charges before shipping.

*Scorpion Tackle are not responsible for any Customs import duties incurred on International orders.
RETURNS
All returns must be shipped with an RMA#.
To return an item please email us at sales@scorpiontackle.com we will issue you with a RMA#
Please write the RMA# number clearly on the outside of your package.
Any items returned without an RMA# will be refused at the customers expense.
We always recommend covering your returns with shipping insurance as Scorpion Tackle cannot control damage in transit.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (6 to 12 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
