1. Is your site safe?
Yes all our payments are controled by PayPal who are the world leaders in internet payment sites. All transactions on our site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption.
2. Are my credit card details stored on your site?
No once you have completed your purchase all card details are deleted automatically by PayPal, please see our privacy notice.
3. Do I have to open an account on your site to make a purchase?
No but if you want to take advantage of special offers etc before they go live on the web you will need to open an account with us.
4) Do I have to have a PayPal account to purchase from you?
No you don't need a PayPal account. All you need is a credit or debit card.
4. Will I get news letters etc from you?
Only if you subscribe to them
5. I live close to you so can a collect my items from you and if so how can I stop the site from charging me shipping?
Your more than welcome to collect items from us but please contact us first. We can then make sure you don't get charged for shipping, and ensure there is someone here to meet you.
6. I would like to place an order with you so I can go fishing at the weekend, will I get my order in time?
You will be given an option during the checkout procedure to choose which shipping option you would like, next day delivery orders should reach us before 10 am PST
7. I have opened an account with you but I've gone and forgotten my password?
Ooops!! Don't worry just click on forgotten password and follow the instructions.
9. If I order freezer baits will they still be good to use when they arrive?
We recommend using a next day or 2 day shipping option when ordering freezer baits, we cannot be held responsible if baits are spolied during shipping if next day shipping is not chosen. We will never ship freezer baits on a Saturday as there is no hope of delivery until Monday
9. Can I link to your site and can you link to my site?
Yes not a problem but please let us know so we can return the favour.
10. Can I contact you and pick your brains about a bait or tackle that I am interested in?
By all means yes, we are more than happy to try and answer any questions. If you can't get hold of us on the number listed please leave a message and we'll call you back as soon as we can.
Advice is free, almost everything else has to be paid for!!!
11. Your prices are some of the best out there, how do you keep them so low?
Well some things we have to keep secret, however we try to source products from the manufacturer and not through middle-men, that way we get a good cost price on the items which we try and pass on to you the customer. We are great believers in giving the customer value for money, and try to keep our prices some of the keenest available.
12. Do you offer a price match guarantee?
We try to have the lowest prices around for carp fishing items.
In the event that you find the exact same item for sale elsewhere in the USA, we will endevor to match or beat that price. Just contact us with the details of the lower priced items and we will try.
