TERMS & CONDITIONS
Purchasing from Scorpion Tackle couldn't be easier, browse the store and add your desired item in the shopping cart, when you are finished shopping click on 'checkout' and fill in the few required details and you are finished.
We will endeavor to ship your items within 24 hours, although larger orders including some large bait orders may take longer to ship.
We use the most cost effective way possible to ship items to you, in the event that you need your order expediting, please contact us for next day delivery prices. Please note all next day orders should be placed before 10:00AM PST to ensure delivery.
Please contact us if you require 'In Transit' insurance on your shipping, we cannot be held responsible if shipments are damaged or lost in transit and insurance was not chosen.
We offer a 7 day refund on any items that you are not satisfied with, please contact us for an RMA# and mark your package with that number and send it back to us in the original packaging and condition. We will inspect the package on receipt and refund your funds (less shipping and handling charges).
Please insure any returns as we cannot issue refunds if returns are damaged.
If your items are damaged on arrival please contact the shipper (UPS, USPS or FEDEX) immediately in order to make a claim.
We accept payment by Paypal, money order and checks. Orders paid for by personal check will be held until payment clears our bank account.
Please email us and we will make arrangements for you if you wish to pay by money order or check.
There will be a $8.00 charge for all COD deliveries.
Please contact us regarding any questions you may have about shipping charges, we do not want to make any profit on shipping, but we must cover our shipping, packaging and handling costs.
Extra heavy orders will incur extra shipping costs, you will be contacted before being charged these extra charges
We will always back order items that are out of stock, you will be contacted and given the option to cancel or substitue the order.

We respct your privacy, all information collected on this site by Scorpion Tackle is kept strictly confidential. It will never be sold, rented, disclosed or loaned to any third party.
You may be sent details about new products by the email provided, but there will be an option for you to be removed from our mailing list.
Please use the Contact Us link with any questions, we will do our best to answer your question immediately, but always within 48 hours.
CANCELLATION BY US & REFUNDS
We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:
a) We have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered;
b) We do not deliver to your area; or
c) One or more of the goods you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
d) For any reason we deem necessary.
If we do cancel your contract we will notify you by e-mail and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your Paypal account in a timely manner, but in any event within 14 days of your order.
All refunds will be processed in a timely manner, but in any event within 28 days of your original order date.
Scorpion Tackle reserves the right to refuse service to any person and/or entity
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Out of stock items will be placed on backorder, and will be shipped as soon as they are back in stock.
Please contact us if you want to cancel any out of stock items, we will then credit you for the out of stock goods

Errors and Omissions
Seller reserves the right to to correct clerical errors and omissions. In the event of an item being sold through our site, then found to be out of stock, customer will be informed and given the option to cancel or leave item on backorder.
