Simply mix  the dry ingredients in a bowl or bucket, then slowly add the liquid ingredients until the pack hold together well.  DO NOT OVERWET!

Mold packbait around your hookbait and cast out.  Bread pack will breakdown in approximately 90 - 120 seconds, leaving your hookbait the only edible item in the middle of a non filling area of bread.
